RETURN GOODS POLICY
All products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Credit or replacement will be issued provided item has not been used and is complete with all parts and returned in the products original packaging. All shipping charges are non-refundable. A minimum of 20% repackaging and restocking fee will be accessed on all returned merchandise provided item is returned with no damage and complete with all parts.
A Return Merchandise Authorization is required for all returned merchandise. Contact us for shipping instructions and to obtain a return authorization number. Returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt.
Once we receive your item, your refund request will be processed immediately. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 10 business days of receipt of the approved returned item. All other refunds for various payment methods will be processed with a company issued check.
WARRANTY POLICY
All new items are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties vary by product. If you have any questions on a specific item and the associated warranty please contact us for details.
Freight to return product for warranty inspection is the responsibility of the customer. If warranty claim is approved the manufacturer may either repair or replace the item at their discretion, on approved claims freight costs to ship the item back to the customer will be prepaid by the manufacturer.
After 30 days, any defect in merchandise must be addressed directly with the manufacturer of that product. We reserve the right to replace, repair, or reject any item returned for warranty consideration. If warranty claim is denied you will be responsible for any charges to return and or repair the product.
